Economic calendar in Asia 18 November 2025 – RBA minutes, Fed’s Logan speaking

It’s a sparse calendar for the session here:

The minutes are for the early November meeting. The Reserve Bank of Australia left its cash rate on hold.

From the day:

• RBA governor Bullock: We are not moved by outside commentary on policy
• RBA governor Bullock: We did not considering cutting rates

While not shown on the calendar I have Dallas Fed hear Logan speaking at 0055 GMT (1955 US Eastern time). Logan is a straigh shooter. We’ll get better info from here than we did from Waller:

• Fed’s Waller says supports a 25bp rate cut at the December 9/10 meeting
• More from Fed’s Waller: A rebound in labor market would maybe mean no need for cuts
