That at least sheds some light into what else falls under the agriculture pact that they agreed earlier. But again as mentioned before, this doesn’t mean that China will keep up with that commitment for long. We’ve been down this road one too many times already. In any case, the summary here spells out what this whole agreement really means.
As for the part on energy agreement, Trump seems to be painting it that China has made a deal on that but Xi earlier just said that both sides only “agreed to strengthen cooperation on energy” with no mention of any details by the commerce ministry. So, yeah.
